Chris Tate Architecture is an internationally renowned practice that offers bespoke architectural solutions for discerning clients.
Our approach to building is highly customised. Our buildings are bold and distinctive. They embody the concept of less being more, typically utilising clean, modernist lines and a reduced palette of materials and forms.
Sustainability is a core tenet of our process. We endeavour to select products that are ethically tested to ensure the origin of the product has been verified. All of our buildings are strictly calculated to be energy efficient, often beyond local building requirements.
Landscaping is a major consideration in all our work. We aim to anchor our projects with native species to re-establish habitats and dramatically enhance the end result.

Luxe Design is a practice that provides exclusive and discerning interior design solutions.
Director Rachel Butt studied a Bachelor of Spatial Design in Auckland before moving to New York where she lived in Manhattan for 4 years.
Since then, she has been involved with a multitude of projects including the creation of the interiors of the Knoll Ridge Café which was later recognised and awarded by Design Curial as the ‘Best designed Café in the world. Luxe Design create spaces that are elegant and timeless, revealing the sensitivities of tasteful selection in both material product and design.
